Business Analyst

<ol><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for<br>projects, systems, or processes.</li><li>Assisting in the prioritization of business requirements and defining project scope and<br>objectives.</li><li>Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business<br>needs into technical requirements and vice versa.</li><li>Facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding<br>of requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure that the final product meets the documented<br>requirements and specifications.</li><li>Provide support to end users during implementation and post-implementation phases.<br>Job Description Document</li><li>Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of change<br>control processes and tools.</li><li>Work with senior business analysts to manage requirements traceability information and track<br>requirements status throughout the project.</li><li>Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test<br>execution to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.</li><li>Assist in training of end users, creation of training materials and user guides, and oversee the<br>process of guaranteeing user acceptance and competency.</li></ol><p><strong><u>The Person</u></strong></p><p>For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study</li><li>Professional qualification/certification in ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF is an added advantage</li><li>Certification in project management: PRINCE II (Practitioner) / AgilePM / PMI-ACP / Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an added advantage.</li><li>2 years’ Progressive work experience in Information Technology.&nbsp;</li><li>1 year’s experience in Business analysis and architecture.</li><li>1 year’s experience in IT Projects.&nbsp;</li><li>1 year's experience in Emerging Technologies (e.g. Mobile, Internet Banking, Cloud, Microservices etc) is desired.&nbsp;</li><li>1 years' experience working in a fast-paced agile environment is desired</li></ul>
