DISPATCH OFFICER

Position Summary

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for coordinating customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch of deliveries while maintaining effective communication with riders and store staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize customer delivery orders.
• Assign deliveries to riders efficiently.
• Monitor delivery timelines and order status.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates when necessary.
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.

Key Requirements

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
• Previous dispatch or customer service experience is an added advantage.
