A well-established farm in Shangani is seeking a mature, hardworking, and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations and ensure efficient livestock and farm management. Managing daily farm operations and supervising farm workers. Overseeing beef cattle production, feeding, health, and record keeping. Monitoring farm productivity and maintaining high operational standards. Ensuring proper maintenance of farm equipment, infrastructure, and grazing areas. Implementing good agricultural and livestock management practices. Preparing operational reports and maintaining farm records.
Requirements
- Diploma / certificate in agriculture
- O Level passes must include maths
- Age: over 25
- At least 2 years working experience
- Must have experience in managing beef cattle
- Traceable references required
