Nova Lumina Studio is looking for a creative and proactive Junior Marketing Executive with 0–2 years of experience to support brand growth, lead generation, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and contribute across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and offline channels.
  • Create and coordinate content calendars for social media and marketing activities.
  • Support content development (captions, blogs, basic copy, campaign briefs, and email drafts).
  • Coordinate with design/creative teams for marketing assets and campaign collaterals.
  • Help manage social media accounts, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles/internships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM fundamentals).
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Data-aware mindset with basic reporting and analysis skills.
  • Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic copywriting and storytelling ability for brand communication.
  • Understanding of branding and content marketing principles.
  • Experience using Canva and/or collaboration with design tools/workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Prior internship/freelance experience in agency, studio, or startup marketing teams.
