Logistics Operations Officer

THE ROLE:

As an Operations Officer, you will be the heartbeat of our cargo movement. You will track shipments coming into Nigeria, supervise warehouse offloading, and coordinate final delivery routes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track Inbound Cargo: Monitor international shipments via air and sea freight.
• Coordinate Clearance: Assist with import documentation and customs clearing processes. 
• Oversee Offloading: Supervise container offloading and ensure zero damage to goods.
• Verify Inventory: Inspect received items against manifests and log them into the system.
• Manage Distribution: Plan delivery routes and dispatch trucks for final client handovers.

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in import logistics, clearing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian logistics landscape, ports, and delivery routing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and supervisory skills.
