Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and implementing business growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
