Drive growth by identifying, securing, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently meeting targets.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric) and tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce required.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in new business development or solution sales.
  • Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience selling business solutions (e.g., MPS, software, workflow).

Key Duties

  • Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Schedule and attend at least 8 new client meetings per week.
  • Analyse client needs and present tailored solutions across service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
  • Support forecasting and consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with smooth client handover.
