Job Summary:

The Private Sector Engagement & Placement Facilitator will work closely with the STRIVE team to identify and engage with private sector companies in Liberia, with the goal of creating job opportunities for young people. The Facilitator will also be responsible for developing and implementing a placement strategy, as well as providing support to job seekers throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with private sector companies in Liberia to create job opportunities for young people
• Develop and implement a placement strategy to support job seekers throughout the recruitment process
• Provide support to job seekers throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, interview preparation, and job placement
• Follow up with employers to ensure job seekers are placed in suitable positions and provide ongoing support to job seekers to ensure they are successful in their new roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in private sector engagement, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Liberian private sector and job market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
