Richkays Innovations & Services is inviting applications for the position of Sales Executive as part of our 2026 growth strategy. This is a target-driven role suited for a disciplined, self-motivated individual who can prospect, follow up, close deals, and grow B2B client accounts with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B and institutional clients
- Follow up leads, inquiries, and quotations consistently
- Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Promote:
- Printing & branding services
- Office equipment rentals
- Maintenance & support contracts
- IT and business solutions
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities for contracts and retainers
- Work closely with Admin on quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports
Performance Expectations
- Meeting Monthly sales target
- Consistent follow-up without reminders
- Clear reporting on:
- Leads generated
- Quotes issued
- Deals closed
- Professional conduct at all times
Education Requirements
- Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate
- Other qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Other Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (B2B experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
- Knowledge of printing, branding, or office solutions is an added advantage
- Driver’s license is an added advantage
