Social Media & Live Streaming Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
• Create engaging videos, posts and promotional content for our sanitary pad brand
• Conduct live streaming to introduce our products, brand and promotions
• Present product features and communicate with customers during live sessions
• Identify and develop potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers and business customers
• Contact potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
• Follow up leads generated from social media and live streaming
• Maintain customer records and track sales opportunities
• Support the sales team in customer development and order follow-up
• Visit customers when necessary and assist with market development

Requirements:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking during live streams
• Experience in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or live streaming is an advantage
• Sales, marketing or customer development experience is preferred
• Confident, energetic and willing to communicate with customers
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
